FABTECH 2026 Parking, Shuttles and Transportation

The useful transportation plan is the one that gets you to the correct hall before the first commitment and still works at closing time.

Published event parking

FABTECH's visit information currently lists Las Vegas Convention Center parking at $20 per space on show days, with same-day reentry subject to availability and no overnight parking. Confirm the final lot instructions before driving.

Hotel shuttles

Complimentary shuttle service is described for designated event hotels booked through the official housing provider. Do not assume every Las Vegas hotel or every booking channel qualifies.

Plan the return trip

The departure rush can matter as much as arrival. If an evening meeting is important, decide in advance whether the show shuttle, rideshare, taxi, monorail or a walking connection is realistic from the hall you will finish in.

Questions to take to the show

  • Which entrance is closest to the first appointment?
  • Does the hotel booking qualify for the official shuttle?
  • What is the fallback when the preferred option is delayed?
