Plain-language operational terms. These terms need counsel review for final legal sufficiency, enforceability, governing law, limitation language and acceptance design.

Educational reference and valuations

MBB reference material, specifications and valuations are informational. Specifications may be incomplete or may not match an exact unit. Values are illustrative market research, not a certified appraisal, offer, financing decision, insurance opinion, fairness opinion or guarantee.

Third-party machine source records

MBB is an independent information and discovery service. Unless a page expressly says otherwise, MBB and Delta Arc, LLC are not the seller, owner, broker, dealer, auctioneer, consignee, listing agent or representative of a third-party machine. MBB does not possess the machine, accept an offer, collect its purchase price, transfer title or guarantee availability.

A source record means only that specified information was observed on the identified public source when last checked. Users must independently verify seller identity and authority, ownership, title, serial number, location, configuration, options, condition, liens, inspection results, price, taxes, freight, payment terms and current availability.

Images, names and source attribution

Third-party names, marks and source URLs identify machines, manufacturers or originating sources and do not imply endorsement, agency, sponsorship or ownership by MBB. In this release, MBB does not publicly serve local copies of third-party seller-listing photographs on source-record pages. Current imagery is available at the cited originating source. A rights holder may request attribution, correction or content review through the content-review process.

No transaction, financing or professional relationship

No MBB page creates agency, brokerage, fiduciary, escrow, representation, financing, engineering, legal or other professional relationship. Transactions, inspections, payment, contracts, shipping, title transfer, warranties and disputes remain between the relevant user and third parties. MBB is not a financial institution, does not make credit decisions and does not receive an application on a financier-directory page.

Commercial requests and compensation

Machine Blue Book is currently an independent service and reference directory for machinists and manufacturing professionals. As of September 28, 2026, MBB and Delta Arc, LLC receive no payment, referral fee, commission, lead fee, sponsorship money, affiliate payment or other compensation from a third party merely because that party is listed, described, cited or linked on this site. No current directory position or editorial conclusion is purchased.

If MBB later enters an affiliate, referral, sponsorship, promoted-placement or other compensated relationship, that relationship will be disclosed clearly on the relevant page or near the affected link or placement. See the Independence & Compensation Disclosure.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, bypass technical controls, submit unlawful material, impersonate others or use MBB in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights. Manufacturer and seller materials remain the property of their respective owners.

No warranty

The site is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Users remain responsible for independent diligence and professional advice appropriate to the machine, facility and transaction.
