Operator and contact

The Machine Blue Book is operated by Delta Arc, LLC. Privacy and data requests may be sent to info@themachinebluebook.com.

Information you provide

When you request a valuation, machine route, market brief, PDF, seller review, provider introduction or contact response, we collect the fields you submit. Those may include name, email, phone, company, role, machine make, model, year, condition, location, timing, requirements, website, territory, message and uploaded machine images.

Technical and analytics information

Google Analytics is installed sitewide and may receive page, referrer, campaign, device, browser, approximate location and interaction information under Google's configured service terms. Hosting, security and application systems may also record IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent, errors and abuse signals. Browser storage may retain theme choices. Access tokens, when used, are moved out of the visible URL before analytics loads and kept in session storage for the active browser session rather than persistent local storage.

How information is used

We use information to provide the requested response or research, operate and secure the site, diagnose errors, measure useful paths, prevent abuse and improve MBB. MBB does not currently sell personal information. A future commercial or privacy practice requires an updated notice and any consent required by applicable law.

Introductions and providers

If you ask for a specific introduction or authorize one, relevant request details may be sent to an identified independent seller, financier, rigger, inspector, service company or other provider so it can respond. MBB does not accept financing applications, make credit decisions or transfer inquiry information to a financier unless the user asks for that route.

Service providers

Information may be processed by hosting, analytics, email, security and technical service providers that support the site, or disclosed where required by law. Their systems and retention practices may differ from MBB's.

Retention and choices

Inquiry records are retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, document the request, maintain security and meet operational or legal obligations. Retention depends on record type and is not represented as a single fixed period. Email info@themachinebluebook.com to request access, correction or deletion; identity and legal exceptions may need to be verified.

Uploaded images

Submit only machine images you are authorized to provide and remove people, documents, serial numbers or other sensitive details you do not want included. Uploaded images may be used to identify and research the requested machine.
