Start with the manufacturing problem
Search the official exhibitor directory by the process, material, automation constraint or production target that brought you to the show. A short list built around a real problem is more useful than a long list of familiar brand names.
Build comparison groups
Put direct alternatives into the same block: laser systems against laser systems, press brakes against press brakes, robotic welding cells against comparable cells. Capture throughput assumptions, utility needs, training, service coverage, software, tooling and delivery—not just the demonstration.
Verify every booth
Exhibitor participation and booth assignments remain controlled by the official event directory. MBB does not reproduce the official directory or imply that a company will appear. Verify the current company record, booth and product information before scheduling.
Questions to take to the show
- What exact application will each exhibitor be asked to solve?
- Which two or three vendors create a fair comparison?
- What evidence should be collected at the booth?
Continue the research
Use the official interactive floor plan for booth locations and this independent guide to organize the floor by manufacturing objective.
