The official housing path
FABTECH identifies onPeak as its only official 2026 housing provider. The organizer currently highlights discounted event inventory, flexible change and cancellation policies, no booking or change fees, reservation support, hotel loyalty credit and complimentary shuttle service between designated official hotels and the convention center. Verify the exact hotel’s current terms before booking.
Shuttle eligibility depends on the booking
The event states that attendees must reserve through onPeak to receive complimentary official-hotel shuttle service. A room at the same property booked through another channel should not be assumed to carry the event shuttle benefit. Check the route, stop, morning start and final return before building the daily schedule around it.
Compare the complete hotel cost
Measure room rate, resort and destination fees, taxes, parking, ground transportation, realistic door-to-hall time, cancellation terms and the location of after-hours meetings. A room that appears cheaper can cost more when every show day starts with a long or uncertain transfer.
Avoid unauthorized housing solicitations
FABTECH warns that outside housing resellers are not endorsed by or affiliated with the event. Do not treat an unsolicited call or email as official because it mentions the show or claims special inventory. Confirm the reservation path from the official FABTECH hotel page and review payment and cancellation terms before providing card information.
Questions to take to the show
- Was this room booked through the official housing channel?
- Does this exact reservation qualify for the event shuttle?
- What is the complete cost and realistic door-to-hall time?
