Separate launch language from operating evidence
Ask what is shipping now, what is a preview, what requires future software and what has already been deployed in production. Request measurable before-and-after evidence for the claimed improvement.
Evaluate the full implementation
Include tooling, fixtures, programming, integration, safety, training, utilities, data connections, service coverage, consumables and production ramp—not only the base product.
Use the official product directory
FABTECH controls the current new-product listings. MBB does not copy official product media or claim completeness; use the official directory for announcements and this framework to evaluate them.
Questions to take to the show
- Is this commercially available or a preview?
- What installed cost and ramp time are realistic?
- Which production reference proves the claim?
Continue the research
The show connects equipment and technology suppliers with the people responsible for production, engineering, operations, ownership and purchasing.
