Before the show
Register, verify badge access, book travel, download the app, select priority exhibitors and sessions, arrange meetings, document applications, prepare questions and assign internal owners.
On the floor
Record booth and product names, confirm the exact demonstrated configuration, capture permitted media, separate claims from measured results, collect the right contact and write the next action before leaving the booth.
After each day and after the show
Back up notes, label media, merge duplicate contacts, rank opportunities, request missing evidence and assign deadlines. Revisit price, specification, infrastructure and service assumptions before a purchase advances.
Questions to take to the show
- Is every priority tied to a business problem?
- Are notes labeled well enough to understand a week later?
- Does every serious item have an owner and next action?
Continue the research
A fifteen-minute booth meeting can be productive when both sides know the application, evidence needed and decision that follows.
