Registration for IMTS 2026 (September 14–19, 2026, McCormick Place, Chicago, Illinois) is handled online at the official show site. Register before you travel and print or load your badge ahead of time to skip the on-site lines — IMTS draws ~90,000 people and the badge counters get busy, especially the first morning.
Pricing is modest and drops the earlier you book: individual registration runs about $85 in the lead-up (lower with early and group rates), group rates for 5+ are cheaper still, and international registration is free. Your badge gets you the show floor; the conference program and some special sessions may be separate.
Register and grab your badge at the official site below. If you're booking hotels through official IMTS housing you can line both up at once — see our travel guide.
After securing the badge, build the route with the IMTS 2026 floor plan and confirm arrival details in the parking and transportation guide.
