CNC DISTRIBUTOR & FACTORY NETWORK

One machine directory.
Every path around it.

Move from model research into the official sales, distributor, support, training and technology-center network behind the machine.

MANUFACTURER CHANNEL MAP

Research the machine. Then verify the network behind it.

Each profile connects MBB model research to the manufacturer's official products, sales or distributor locator, support, training and published North American facilities.

KNOW WHO YOU ARE CALLING

Four channel types. Four different jobs.

The label matters because territory, pricing, warranty authority, parts access, applications support and field-service capability can sit with different organizations.

FACTORY DIRECT

The manufacturer owns the relationship.

Sales, applications, service or training may be delivered by the OEM's own regional organization. Confirm which location owns your state and machine family.

FACTORY OUTLET

A defined local factory channel.

An outlet may be locally owned while operating inside a manufacturer-defined system. Verify its published territory and current authorization with the OEM locator.

AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR

A third party appointed by the OEM.

The distributor may handle sales, service, parts, training or applications in a territory. Authorization can be brand-, product- and geography-specific.

INDEPENDENT RESELLER

A seller outside the factory channel.

An independent dealer or broker can sell used equipment but should not be assumed to control OEM warranty, factory parts, training or authorized service.

OWNERSHIP PATH

From model identity to an operating machine.

Use the official channel as a verification layer—not a substitute for independent machine, seller, condition and installed-cost diligence.

Identify the exact machine

Confirm manufacturer, model, year, control, serial number, options and current configuration against the plate and records.

Find the current official channel

Use the OEM's own locator or locations page. Do not assume an old dealer relationship, territory map or logo is still current.

Separate sales from service

Ask who supplies parts, field service, applications, training and warranty support for that exact product generation.

Verify used-machine support

Confirm software, alarms, controls, manuals, parts availability, legacy-product knowledge and whether any warranty can transfer.

Plan startup and acceptance

Define site preparation, rigging, installation, leveling, commissioning, test cuts, training and final signoff.

Compare the complete decision

Return to MBB models and listings to compare alternatives, current supply and the market context around the machine.

Independent reference directory.

Machine Blue Book is not a manufacturer or distributor and does not certify authorization, territory, inventory, pricing or service quality. Official networks change; verify current status directly with the OEM before relying on it.
