Mazatrol

What is Mazatrol?

Mazatrol is Mazak's proprietary conversational CNC control. It lets operators program many parts on the machine through guided prompts rather than raw G-code, and is tightly integrated with Mazak machines. Mazak controls can also run standard EIA/ISO G-code.

The control generation (e.g., older Fusion vs newer SmoothG/SmoothX) noticeably affects a used Mazak's capability and value.
