Understand used machine value. Start with evidence. Account for the actual machine.

Published asking prices show what sellers asked. Configuration, condition, hours and ownership costs put those numbers in context. MBB brings both together with manufacturer specifications, service resources and practical buying guidance.

Method

From observed prices to a better-informed value decision.

Start with published asking-price records for relevant machines. Read each table's sample, date and limitations. A median or middle-50% range describes those observations, not what a particular machine will sell for.

Then assess the exact machine: model and year, configuration, condition, hours, options, service history, location and removal requirements. Where the evidence supports an educational working range, document the adjustments and assumptions separately. When it does not, keep the uncertainty visible instead of forcing a number.
