The previous owner was a fabricating company in OR. The brake was under power when purchased by the present owner; he observed the ram actuating in the vertical axis but did not bend any parts. Consequently, fluids were removed to facilitate shipping to its current location in WA Electrician reconnected the unit at owner's shop. The machine has not been utilized for production since that time. Owner has no reason to believe the unit does not work as it should. Machine is available for inspection. Unit does not have hydraulic fluid; however, controls can be turned on and CNC functions tested. If potential buyer wants to refill with hydraulic fluid at their expense to fully test machine, that is acceptable. Equipment is available for inspection. Buyer responsible for loading expenses onto their transportation. Buyer responsible for freight logistics and expenses.
